Rachel is an enterprise consultant in the private sector with a background in European history and foreign policy with the Middle East, particularly in the Arab-Israeli conflict.  As a project manager and historian in the public sector, she conceived and led a project in the field of integration and inclusion that involved both providing a medium through which Middle Eastern refugees coming to Germany could share their experiences and thoughts as well as teaching the importance of Western democratic values to Germans with and without migration background.  Particularly regarding the fight against Islamist extremism, anti-Jewishness, racism, and the backlash against Western democratic structures, Rachel is passionate about amplifying the voices of those who have a direct stake in the conversation.
